Responsibilities
- Architect, build, and deploy full-stack cloud applications using Java, React, PostgreSQL, and Google Cloud Run.
- Lead modernization of legacy ASP.NET/C# backends and SQL Server databases into cloud-native services.
- Design and maintain CI/CD automation pipelines using GitHub Actions, 42Crunch, and automated testing suites.
- Author unit, integration, and performance tests to support code coverage, reliability, and security compliance.
- Collaborate with product managers, business stakeholders, and global engineering teams to translate business requirements into software solutions.
- Lead technical documentation, story mapping, code reviews, and Agile engineering practices in bi-weekly sprints.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related technical discipline, or equivalent practical experience.
- Typically 5+ years of full-stack software engineering experience, including experience migrating enterprise applications to modern cloud environments.
- Proficiency with Java, Spring Boot, Google Cloud Platform, Cloud Run, Cloud SQL, C#/.NET, PostgreSQL, and SQL Server.
- Experience with React or Angular, XML/JSON data processing, API design, and Git-based workflows.
- Demonstrated experience implementing automated CI/CD pipelines such as GitHub Actions and working in distributed Agile/Scrum teams.
- Professional working proficiency in written and spoken English and strong cross-cultural communication skills.
- Preferred qualifications include Google Cloud Associate Cloud Engineer or Professional Cloud Architect certification, 42Crunch and contract-driven API design experience, root cause analysis or Lean/Six Sigma familiarity, and a master’s degree in a related field.
