Responsibilities
- Understand customer business challenges and map them to technical solutions.
- Lead technical workshops and training sessions for customer teams.
- Collaborate with Sales, Product, and Engineering teams to deliver solutions.
- Oversee installation and scaling of the Articul8 platform in customer environments.
- Develop tailored workflow solutions for unique customer needs.
- Architect and optimize Kubernetes-based environments on various cloud platforms.
- Deliver ongoing training and documentation for customer autonomy.
- Monitor and refine deployments for performance and cost-effectiveness.
- Gather customer feedback to influence product enhancements.
Requirements
- 10+ years in solution architecture or enterprise software delivery.
- Advanced proficiency in Kubernetes, AWS, Azure, GCP, and microservices.
- Strong programming skills in Python, Node.js, or Go.
- Deep understanding of enterprise integration patterns and APIs.
- Experience in building prototypes and production-ready deployments.
- Exceptional communication skills for technical concepts.
- Expertise in generative AI and AI/ML pipelines.
- Willingness to travel for customer engagements.
