Responsibilities
- Develop and operate cloud infrastructure based on customer requirements.
- Solve development and deployment challenges to ensure reliability and cost-effectiveness.
- Participate in feature rollouts with solution architects and customer success teams.
- Contribute to monitoring and alerting systems for platform infrastructure.
- Harden infrastructure security across various components.
- Respond to and resolve customer-reported issues promptly.
- Participate in an on-call rotation.
- Integrate AI-driven development workflows into the software development lifecycle.
- Architect and deploy custom tooling for data interoperability.
Requirements
- Proficiency in Python or Rust with experience in building backend APIs and microservices.
- Expert-level knowledge of AWS core services and scalable solution architecture.
- Hands-on experience managing Kubernetes clusters and scaling compute services.
- Proficiency in Terraform/Scalr and building CI/CD pipelines using GitHub Actions or Jenkins.
- Solid understanding of networking fundamentals for secure application accessibility.
- Familiarity with big-data tools and workflow orchestrators like Snowflake and Airflow.
- Ability to leverage AI tools to enhance engineering workflows.
