Responsibilities
- Own the technical architecture and governance of the Salesforce platform.
- Define and enforce global development standards and CI/CD maturity models.
- Establish platform guardrails to manage governor limits and technical debt.
- Architect end-to-end solutions within Sales and Service Clouds.
- Drive architectural direction for Experience Cloud and self-service portals.
- Own the security architecture for external-facing sites.
- Architect and oversee the Salesforce Billing and CPQ lifecycle.
- Serve as the technical owner of the synchronization layer with ERP systems.
- Design robust integration architectures utilizing MuleSoft and event-driven patterns.
- Mentor Senior and Mid-level developers and administrators.
- Lead technical design reviews and architecture review boards.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or Software Engineering.
- Minimum of 8+ years of Salesforce development and architecture experience.
- Proven track record of architecting enterprise-scale deployments.
- Demonstrated experience mentoring technical teams and managing technical debt.
- Mastery of programmatic Salesforce development and advanced LWC architecture.
- Deep technical knowledge of Salesforce Billing and ERP integrations.
- Advanced proficiency with middleware platforms and enterprise integration patterns.
- Hands-on experience with CI/CD pipelines and source-driven development.
- Expert-level understanding of Salesforce Sharing Architecture and data management.
