Responsibilities
- Design and implement scalable, reliable, secure, and cloud-native enterprise solutions.
- Build and support containerized, orchestrated, event-driven, and microservices-based systems.
- Collaborate with cross-functional and geographically distributed teams to deliver cloud projects.
- Drive automation to streamline manual processes and improve organizational productivity.
- Monitor, log, alert, troubleshoot, and improve system reliability and performance.
- Explore new technologies and proactively resolve issues across teams while meeting project schedules and scopes.
Requirements
- At least 5 years of experience as a Cloud Engineer, DevOps Engineer, or in a similar role.
- Experience with public cloud providers such as Alibaba Cloud or AWS.
- Knowledge of cloud networking concepts including VPCs, subnets, firewalls, and load balancers.
- Knowledge of CI/CD and configuration management systems.
- Experience with operating system environments, Python, and scripting.
- Understanding of monitoring, logging, and alerting solutions for system reliability and performance.
- BS or MS in Computer Science, or equivalent experience.
- Preferred experience with Docker, Kubernetes, Generative AI in a cloud platform context, and Alibaba Cloud certifications.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, communication, collaboration, and teamwork skills.
