Base Salary

Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain enterprise websites and digital experiences using Adobe Experience Manager.
- Build reusable AEM components, templates, dialogs, and React applications using JavaScript/TypeScript, HTML, and CSS.
- Translate designs, wireframes, and business requirements into responsive, accessible, and high-quality web experiences.
- Implement WCAG-compliant accessibility features, including semantic HTML, ARIA, keyboard navigation, screen-reader compatibility, accessible forms, and color contrast.
- Implement technical SEO practices including metadata, structured content, heading hierarchy, internal linking, canonicalization, performance, and crawlability.
- Optimize frontend applications for Core Web Vitals, responsive behavior, performance, and cross-browser compatibility.
- Troubleshoot frontend, AEM, accessibility, SEO, and performance issues and support website releases and production issues.
- Collaborate with Marketing, UX/UI, Content, SEO, backend, QA, design, and business stakeholders.
- Participate in code reviews and contribute to frontend coding standards and best practices.
- Integrate websites with enterprise platforms including Solr, BrightEdge, PMDB, and other business systems.
Requirements
- At least 5 years of frontend web development experience.
- Hands-on experience with Adobe Experience Manager and Sightly.
- Strong experience with React.js and modern frontend development.
- Strong knowledge of JavaScript/TypeScript, HTML5, and CSS3.
- Experience developing responsive websites and reusable frontend components.
- Strong understanding of web accessibility and WCAG standards.
- Practical experience implementing SEO best practices for enterprise websites.
- Experience working with Marketing, UX, Content, and other business stakeholders.
- Ability to independently translate business requirements into technical solutions.
- Experience with Git and modern software development workflows.
- Strong debugging, troubleshooting, problem-solving, communication, and collaboration skills.
- Must be authorized to work in the U.S. without sponsorship.
