Responsibilities
- Architect, design, and develop scalable, resilient, and enterprise-grade products.
- Drive end-to-end technical projects and initiatives.
- Serve as a technical subject matter expert and mentor for the team.
- Pitch innovative ideas to enhance team and project performance.
- Own the technical roadmap for high-availability systems.
- Collaborate in multi-disciplinary Agile teams.
- Implement and improve system monitoring and observability.
- Lead SAFe agile ceremonies.
- Create infrastructure through automation for AWS hosting services.
- Collaborate with multiple teams to achieve business goals.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s or master’s degree in computer science, Data Engineering, or a related field.
- 4-8 years of experience as a software engineer in a development team.
- Expert-level proficiency in Python and AWS.
- Experience with data structures and algorithms.
- Familiarity with CI/CD practices using tools like Jenkins and Docker.
- Experience designing and creating complex microservices on cloud ecosystems.
- Hands-on experience with AWS components like API Gateway and Lambda.
- Comfortable optimizing high-volume data pipelines in a cloud environment.
- Experience with DevOps tools like JIRA and Terraform.
- Strong work ethic, creativity, and flexibility.
