Responsibilities
- Build and evolve customer-facing web applications for GoDaddy’s domain aftermarket experiences.
- Lead implementation of complex frontend features and contribute to full stack solutions.
- Partner with product managers, designers, and engineers to create technical solutions.
- Deliver scalable, reliable, and maintainable software with a focus on quality and security.
- Troubleshoot and resolve complex production issues across systems and applications.
- Participate in architecture discussions and provide technical recommendations.
- Improve team efficiency by streamlining development workflows.
- Mentor other engineers and share knowledge.
- Utilize AI tools to enhance development and product capabilities.
Requirements
- 7+ years of experience in software engineering with a focus on frontend development.
- Proficiency in modern web technologies like React, Next.js, and Redux.
- Experience with backend services and APIs.
- Proficiency in backend languages such as Node.js, Java, Python, or Go.
- Strong understanding of UI fundamentals and product quality.
- Experience debugging complex issues in production environments.
- Familiarity with Scrum procedures and agile teams.
- Experience mentoring others and contributing to engineering culture.
- Hands-on experience using AI in engineering workflows.
