Responsibilities
- Design and build Agentic AI proofs of concept.
- Architect and develop end-to-end AI solutions for customer engagements.
- Rapidly prototype using LLMs and NICE/Cognigy platform APIs.
- Develop and integrate APIs, webhooks, and microservices.
- Build and maintain reusable AI accelerator assets and demo environments.
- Implement prompt engineering strategies and agent orchestration frameworks.
- Evaluate and select appropriate models and fine-tuning approaches for POCs.
- Contribute to internal playbooks and documentation.
- Engage with customers to understand requirements and design AI solutions.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Software Engineering, or related field.
- 4-8 years of software development experience in enterprise-grade software.
- Experience with REST APIs, JSON, and cloud SDKs.
- Familiarity with data processing and vector databases.
- Solid understanding of machine learning fundamentals and generative AI.
- Experience designing or building Agentic AI systems.
- Proficient with LLM APIs and strong prompt engineering skills.
- GitHub/Git proficiency and experience with CI/CD tools.
