Responsibilities
- Design, build, test, and deploy AI agents and automations.
- Implement guardrails and evaluation frameworks for agent performance.
- Serve as the technical owner for integrations between product suites and customer systems.
- Produce comprehensive technical documentation for integration patterns.
- Partner with implementation teams to design AI-driven processes.
- Identify patterns for AI to reduce effort and improve quality in implementations.
- Work closely with R&D and Product Management to align AI capabilities with strategy.
Requirements
- 3+ years of experience in AI-driven solutions for automation.
- 1+ years of hands-on experience building AI agents using modern frameworks.
- 2+ years of experience in enterprise application integration.
- Strong proficiency with LLM prompt engineering and retrieval architectures.
- Technical fluency in at least one programming language like Python or Java.
- Proficiency in designing integrations using REST/SOAP APIs and Event Based triggers.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
