Responsibilities
- Configure and customize packaged or SaaS applications, particularly ServiceNow SAM, to meet business requirements.
- Manage application releases and maintain system compatibility, stability, and performance.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and translate them into effective configurations.
- Monitor application performance, troubleshoot technical issues, and implement corrective adjustments.
- Use APIs, integration techniques, and low-code platforms to enhance application features and connect enterprise systems.
- Document configuration changes and maintain knowledge repositories.
- Work independently as a subject matter expert and provide guidance to junior team members.
Requirements
- Minimum three years of experience with ServiceNow Software Asset Management (SAM).
- Strong understanding of software asset lifecycle management and compliance processes.
- Experience configuring and customizing ServiceNow modules.
- Familiarity with APIs and integration techniques.
- Ability to work with low-code platforms.
- Strong problem-solving skills.
- 15 years of full-time education is required.
