Responsibilities
- Develop, configure, customize, and deliver NICE Actimize product features and enterprise software solutions.
- Implement Actimize applications and configure customer-specific requirements across AML, payments fraud, and trading compliance domains.
- Set up environments and deploy solutions across development, testing, and production environments.
- Troubleshoot and resolve customer-facing functional and technical issues.
- Translate customer business requirements into scalable technical solutions and participate in solution design and implementation planning.
- Develop utilities, tools, and automation to improve delivery efficiency and operational scalability.
- Collaborate with customers, business analysts, solution architects, R&D, Professional Services, Customer Support, and implementation teams.
- Support customer deployments and occasional engagements across different time zones.
Requirements
- BE/B.Tech or an equivalent degree with relevant practical experience.
- 4 to 6 years of experience in software implementation, customization, or enterprise application development.
- Strong hands-on experience with SQL and PostgreSQL and experience with Oracle or MS SQL Server.
- Experience handling large-scale data volumes and complex database environments.
- Experience with Unix/Linux environments and command-line operations.
- Strong troubleshooting, debugging, analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Experience working in global and matrix-based environments and delivering complex assignments independently.
- Experience developing secure, scalable, multi-user enterprise software applications.
- Preferred: knowledge of Kubernetes, Docker, Pods, DevOps practices, and AWS, Azure, or GCP.
- Preferred: professional services, implementation, customer-facing technical, NICE Actimize platform development, enterprise deployment, and environment setup experience.
