Responsibilities
- Build and validate CSV and bulk data ingestion pipelines for asset data, business context, criticality tags, and vulnerability feeds.
- Develop custom integrations using Qualys APIs and third-party APIs such as ServiceNow, Jira, Tenable, Rapid7, Defender, and SIEM/SOAR platforms.
- Lead customer technical discussions, troubleshoot live integration issues, and guide network, security, and IT stakeholders through implementation.
- Use AI agents, scripting, and automation to templatize data mapping, connector setup, validation, and recurring implementation workflows.
- Create runbooks and configuration documentation for Support and customer teams after go-live.
Requirements
- Programming proficiency, with Python strongly preferred for scripting, API clients, and data transformation.
- Solid REST API experience, including authentication flows, pagination, rate limits, and webhooks.
- Experience manipulating and validating CSV or other structured data at scale.
- Working knowledge of at least one ticketing or ITSM integration such as ServiceNow, Jira, or Remedy.
- Experience or strong aptitude with AI-agent tooling for workflow automation, including GPT- or Claude-based agents or RPA-adjacent tools.
- Strong verbal communication skills for leading technical discussions with customer engineering, network, security, and IT teams.
- Preferred: exposure to Qualys VMDR/ETM or comparable vulnerability-management platforms such as Tenable or Rapid7.
- Preferred: experience with SOAR platforms or security automation.
- Preferred: familiarity with AWS, Azure, or GCP APIs and basic understanding of vulnerability-management workflows.
