Responsibilities
- Lead client discovery sessions to analyze business processes, clarify requirements, and select appropriate low-code or agent solutions.
- Build Copilot Studio agents, Power Apps, and Power Automate workflows integrated with Dataverse, SharePoint, and external systems.
- Design REST API integrations, custom connectors, Power Fx logic, authentication patterns, and deployment solutions.
- Package and deploy solutions across environments using ALM, security, and governance practices.
- Configure Dataverse security, Power Platform environment controls, and agent authentication.
- Create reusable components, connectors, documentation, support runbooks, and handoff materials.
- Troubleshoot issues involving data, identity, connectors, Microsoft Teams, and Microsoft 365 services.
- Facilitate demonstrations, end-user training, governance coaching, and pre-sales or proof-of-concept sessions.
- Collaborate with AI, Microsoft 365, Full-Stack, and DevOps engineers when requirements exceed low-code capabilities.
Requirements
- 3–5 years of relevant professional experience.
- Hands-on experience with Copilot Studio, Power Apps, Power Automate, Dataverse, connectors, and SharePoint integration.
- Experience with REST APIs, custom connectors, Power Fx, solutions, environment deployment, and Power Platform security.
- Working knowledge of Entra ID fundamentals and authentication concepts.
- Strong business process analysis, requirements gathering, documentation, stakeholder communication, and client discovery skills.
- Ability to explain low-code trade-offs and support estimation and delivery.
- Experience with Power Platform ALM, deployment pipelines, or Azure DevOps.
- Knowledge of Microsoft Graph, Adaptive Cards, Teams integration, Azure Functions, Logic Apps, AI Builder, Dataverse security, and agent authentication.
- Exposure to PCF Controls, TypeScript, JavaScript, Power BI, Azure OpenAI, RAG fundamentals, Fabric, or Dynamics 365.
- Ability to create maintainable and governed low-code solutions and reusable deployment patterns.
