Base Salary
$177k - $230k/yr
Responsibilities
- Lead technical discovery for customer integration, security, compliance, and data architecture requirements.
- Map customer CRM, ERP, and API landscapes to Conga solution designs.
- Address technical objections and build customer confidence in proposed solutions.
- Deliver detailed architecture discussions and executive presentations.
- Support multiple active sales opportunities while maintaining technical rigor.
- Partner with sales, professional services, product, and development teams to produce technically sound, implementation-ready solutions.
Requirements
- Working knowledge of major CRM and ERP platforms and typical ETL processes.
- Ability to learn and evaluate new integration points, APIs, and technology versions.
- Understanding of basic cloud technologies, application development, and how AI is leveraged within platforms and customer integration plans.
- Strong communication skills across technical and executive audiences.
- Experience with CPQ, CLM, Price Optimization and Management, and Document Automation solutions is preferred.
- 10+ years of experience in delivery, professional services, pre-sales architecture, or similar technical customer-facing roles.
