Responsibilities
- Serve as the subject matter expert for technical implementation methodologies, including API integrations, ETL workflows, data migrations, and system-to-system connectivity.
- Define, document, and improve standardized implementation methodologies and delivery assurance frameworks.
- Enable consulting partners through onboarding, training, office hours, documentation, and structured shadowing.
- Develop technical learning paths and curriculum for Ridgeline Academy.
- Provide guidance on complex customer implementations, integration architectures, and technical design decisions.
- Partner with Product Management to translate product capabilities and implementation feedback into standards and product improvements.
- Identify inefficiencies, lead process improvements and change management, and build scalable partner enablement frameworks.
- Mentor consultants and promote knowledge sharing, ownership, transparency, and continuous improvement.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience implementing enterprise SaaS solutions with a strong emphasis on technical integrations.
- Experience implementing B2B software, ideally in investment management or financial services.
- Deep understanding of API-based integrations, ETL concepts, system-to-system integrations, and enterprise integration architectures.
- Working knowledge of Python or Java in implementation or integration environments.
- Experience building, standardizing, or improving implementation methodologies across multiple customer engagements.
- Experience enabling, mentoring, onboarding, or training consultants, partners, or customer-facing teams.
- Ability to influence adoption of implementation standards without direct management authority.
- Strong consulting presence and excellent written and verbal communication skills for technical and non-technical audiences.
- Experience partnering with Product Management using implementation insights and customer feedback.
- Bonus experience with investment management platforms, REST APIs, Workato, MuleSoft, learning programs, partner ecosystems, or consulting partner enablement.
- Bonus familiarity with Agile development tools including JIRA, Confluence, GitHub, and Slack.
