Base Salary
$131k - $163k/yr
Responsibilities
- Serve as a cybersecurity and Blackpoint product portfolio subject matter expert.
- Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, Product, Engineering, and Support teams to address customer technical needs.
- Lead demonstrations, trials, technical discovery, and customer presentations that support sales opportunities.
- Present webinars and educate partners on Blackpoint capabilities and differentiators.
- Apply security and compliance framework knowledge to help customers meet their objectives.
- Provide customer-driven feedback to Product and Engineering for roadmap alignment and continuous improvement.
Requirements
- Have 4+ years of experience in Sales Engineering, pre-sales, or similar client-facing technical roles, ideally in MSP or SMB environments.
- Have experience with endpoint and network security technologies, including EDR, MDR, antivirus, IDS/IPS, and firewalls.
- Understand networking fundamentals including IP addressing, DNS, and DHCP.
- Have experience with Microsoft 365, Azure, and Windows administration.
- Be familiar with NIST, CIS, CMMC, HIPAA, and PCI-DSS security and compliance frameworks.
- Have experience with SaaS platforms and Managed Service Providers, particularly in cybersecurity.
- Demonstrate strong presentation, communication, interpersonal, time-management, and organizational skills.
- Be able to engage technical and non-technical stakeholders and manage multiple customer engagements independently.
