Base Salary

Responsibilities
- Configure and implement Unanet Connect integrations for customer projects.
- Gather integration requirements and document data flows, field mappings, dependencies, assumptions, and open questions.
- Develop, test, maintain, and troubleshoot integration workflows using Workato and REST APIs.
- Support legacy integrations through updates, testing, documentation, and customer issue resolution.
- Coordinate assigned work across multiple customer projects and communicate progress, risks, dependencies, and scope concerns.
- Create implementation notes, test evidence, configuration records, and customer-facing technical documentation.
- Escalate complex issues and contribute reusable documentation and delivery improvements.
- Work toward Professional Services targets involving delivered hours, realization, and utilization.
Requirements
- At least 3 years of experience in technical consulting, software implementation, integration development, technical support, or a related field.
- Foundational knowledge of software integrations, data exchange, and troubleshooting methods.
- Working familiarity with REST APIs, including requests, responses, authentication concepts, and common errors.
- Ability to configure, test, and support integration workflows using established patterns and tools.
- Ability to gather technical requirements, document work accurately, and identify assumptions and dependencies.
- Experience troubleshooting technical issues in a customer-facing or service-delivery environment.
- Strong customer service, written communication, and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to organize work across multiple projects, meet commitments, work independently, and seek guidance when needed.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
- Experience with Workato or another iPaaS platform and experience building or supporting third-party software integrations are differentiators.
- The position may require special security access and additional identity verification for FedRAMP compliance requirements.

- Salary range is $74,305–$87,418 per year, with employee equity and discretionary bonus eligibility.
