Base Salary
$96k - $120k/yr
Responsibilities
- Lead complex implementations by configuring, customizing, and validating Alkami Digital Banking products and third-party integrations.
- Resolve advanced technical issues through system analysis, troubleshooting, and root-cause analysis.
- Serve as the primary technical resource for client engagements and provide implementation guidance throughout the project lifecycle.
- Coordinate technical deliverables, risks, and objectives with project managers, engineering teams, vendors, and customer stakeholders.
- Design and execute validation and testing activities before production deployment.
- Develop configuration records, troubleshooting procedures, technical runbooks, and other implementation documentation.
- Support post-go-live stabilization, escalated issue resolution, and successful client adoption.
- Mentor less experienced implementation engineers and contribute to process, tooling, and scalability improvements.
Requirements
- 3–6 years of experience leading software implementations, technical consulting engagements, systems integrations, or complex client onboarding initiatives.
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Technology, or a related field.
- Advanced experience configuring and implementing SaaS platforms or digital banking solutions.
- Proficiency with programming languages such as C#, Java, Python, or JavaScript.
- Experience with relational databases including MSSQL, Oracle, MySQL, or Postgres.
- Strong troubleshooting, root-cause analysis, project management, communication, documentation, analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
- Understanding of APIs, system integrations, and technical implementation methodologies.
- Preferred experience includes fintech or digital banking implementations, scripting or automation, third-party vendor coordination, agile delivery, software development lifecycle processes, mentoring, and process improvement.
