Responsibilities
- Configure and support packaged or SaaS applications to align features with business requirements.
- Design and implement ServiceNow workflows and automation.
- Use APIs and integration techniques to connect applications with other systems.
- Customize and extend application functionality using low-code tools.
- Manage releases, version control, compatibility, and system stability.
- Monitor application performance, troubleshoot issues, and maintain high availability.
- Document configuration changes and maintain knowledge base articles.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams and provide guidance to junior team members.
Requirements
- At least 3 years of experience with ServiceNow App Engine.
- Proficiency in ServiceNow App Engine.
- Experience designing and implementing application workflows and automation in ServiceNow.
- Strong understanding of APIs and application integration techniques.
- Ability to use low-code development tools to customize and extend applications.
- Familiarity with release management and version control in a SaaS environment.
- Problem-solving skills for identifying root causes and resolving application issues.
- 15 years of full-time education.
