Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain SOAR connectors integrating SIEM, EDR, ticketing, and IAM platforms with Falcon Fusion.
- Contribute to platform services supporting connector execution, authentication, orchestration, and workflow capabilities.
- Research and integrate new security platforms and APIs.
- Develop authentication integrations using OAuth2, OIDC, SAML, and API keys.
- Build automated testing frameworks and deployment pipelines for connector quality and reliability.
- Troubleshoot production issues and support incident resolution across Falcon environments.
- Write integration guides, API specifications, and troubleshooting runbooks.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science or a related field, or equivalent work experience.
- At least 4 years of experience designing, implementing, and maintaining software products or systems.
- Fluency in at least one programming language, preferably Python or Go.
- Experience building distributed systems, microservices, and REST APIs.
- Experience developing applications using SQL and NoSQL databases.
- Hands-on experience with distributed-system architecture, scalability, and availability.
- Strong debugging, communication, and collaboration skills.
- Experience using AI technologies to improve decision-making, workflows, efficiency, and business outcomes.
- Experience operating services in production environments.
- Preferred qualifications include commercial cloud experience with AWS, Azure, or GCP; open-source contributions; Golang experience; and cybersecurity platform or integration experience.
