Responsibilities
- Scope implementations and assess the technical feasibility and approach for customer monitoring, Edwin AI use cases, and integrations.
- Define, develop, maintain, and share best practices for Edwin AI deployments while mentoring regional teams and partners.
- Build or oversee service estimates, pricing, timelines, Statements of Work, and design documentation with Sales, Customer Success, and customers.
- Perform post-sales discovery and design custom solutions, including requirements gathering, research, prototyping, and documentation.
- Guide post-sales delivery, align project teams to scope and deliverables, and assist with complex deployment tasks and technical escalations.
- Review product updates, provide customer feedback, raise product issues, support product-roadmap discussions, and participate in customer advisory boards as needed.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or higher in computer science or a related field.
- 8+ years of experience as an IT professional supporting infrastructure domains such as servers, networks, security, storage, virtualization, or cloud, plus software development experience.
- 3+ years of experience with Python, PowerShell, Java, or Groovy, and familiarity with HTTP, JSON, regular expressions, REST APIs, OIDs, and MIB files.
- Advanced knowledge of artificial intelligence, deep learning architectures and algorithms, large language models, and autonomous agent frameworks.
- Subject matter expertise in at least one IT operations domain and experience with IT monitoring tools and IT operations workflows.
- Experience in customer-facing professional services or consulting roles, with strong communication, presentation, troubleshooting, and customer-handling skills.
- Willingness to travel up to 25%.
- Preferred qualifications include ITIL Foundations, cognitive architectures or multi-agent systems, enterprise software implementations, AWS Certified Solutions Architect, CCNA, MCSA, RHCSA, LogicMonitor administration, ITSM or ServiceNow integrations, and mentoring or training experience.
