Responsibilities
- Engage business stakeholders and technical teams to gather requirements and address complex enterprise initiatives.
- Develop and refine scalable, high-performance technical designs aligned with business requirements and enterprise architecture.
- Lead and coordinate multiple solution engineering projects across teams, business units, and Agile Release Trains.
- Manage non-functional requirements and ensure compliance with applicable industry standards.
- Coordinate with Release Train Engineers to identify and resolve delivery constraints.
- Collaborate with developers, DevOps teams, and quality assurance teams to support implementation, deployment, performance, and reliability.
- Support CI/CD pipeline implementation and maintenance with DevOps teams.
- Monitor delivery progress, resolve issues affecting timelines, and contribute to technical problem solving.
- Maintain solution documentation and share solution engineering best practices across the enterprise.
- Apply continuous learning and support improvements to design and development practices.
Requirements
- 7+ years of enterprise solution delivery experience.
- Advanced proficiency in Python, GenAI, Java, Angular, and AWS or GCP.
- Experience developing technical designs and aligning solutions with enterprise architecture and business strategies.
- Experience coordinating complex technical projects and delivery across multiple teams or business units.
- Knowledge of non-functional requirements, scalability, performance, reliability, and industry compliance standards.
- Ability to collaborate with business stakeholders, developers, DevOps teams, quality assurance teams, and Release Train Engineers.
