Responsibilities
- Provide technical product and enterprise architecture guidance for ServiceNow solutions.
- Architect and deliver critical solutions across ServiceNow workflows.
- Design integrations between ServiceNow and major enterprise systems and platforms.
- Consult stakeholders to understand business needs and pain points.
- Develop and present technical solution designs and support digital transformation initiatives.
- Collaborate with cross-functional and geographically distributed teams.
- Mentor and coach colleagues in technical roles.
- Track competing priorities and manage task completion against committed deadlines.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in Computer Science or a related subject is preferred.
- ServiceNow CSA, Implementation certifications with at least ITSM, and ITLT Foundation are required.
- 9+ years of experience as a ServiceNow solution architect.
- 5+ years of experience architecting and delivering complex ServiceNow solutions across workflows.
- 5+ years of detailed subject matter expertise across multiple areas of specialization.
- Knowledge of ServiceNow ITSM, HRSD, SPM, and GRC modules.
- Experience with Integration Hub, REST APIs, JDBC, and file-based parsers.
- Fluency in ServiceNow, JavaScript, HTML, AngularJS, and Bootstrap.
- Strong people development, communication, analytical problem-solving, collaboration, and independent working skills.
