Responsibilities
- Design and configure entities, forms, fields, validations, permissions, dashboards, reports, and scalable application structures in Government App Builder.
- Model data relationships and configure constraints, migrations, transformations, and data-quality validation.
- Configure approval workflows, routing logic, conditional triggers, task assignments, notifications, and automation components.
- Implement business rules and limited JavaScript or similar scripting for validations, calculations, routing, and data transformations.
- Configure and validate API-based, file-based, event-based, and scheduled integrations with external systems.
- Support customer implementations, UAT, go-live troubleshooting, documentation, knowledge transfer, estimation, and delivery across multiple engagements.
Requirements
- Require 3 to 9 years of total work experience, including 3 or more years with low-code/no-code platforms such as Appian, Microsoft Power Apps, Mendix, or ServiceNow, or with enterprise application configuration roles.
- Require strong knowledge of entity relationships, referential integrity, normalization, denormalization, data modeling, workflow automation, and business-process translation.
- Require working knowledge of JavaScript or a similar scripting language for implementing business rules.
- Require experience with REST APIs, file-based transfers, event-based workflows, batch processes, third-party API integrations, and embedding integration outputs into application workflows.
- Require understanding of security standards such as OAuth 2.0 and JWT and API documentation tools such as Swagger/OpenAPI.
- Require strong analytical, communication, stakeholder collaboration, and process-improvement skills in fast-paced iterative environments.
- Preferred qualifications include GovTech or public-sector workflow experience, Professional Services or consulting experience, customer-facing implementation experience, and familiarity with role-based access control and data governance.
