Responsibilities
- Develop, code, enhance, troubleshoot, and optimize custom software solutions across systems and applications.
- Implement and support Oracle HCM Cloud Core HR and related functionality, including Absence Management and Time and Labor.
- Collaborate with multiple teams, contribute to key and team decisions, and provide solutions across teams.
- Act as a subject matter expert and facilitate knowledge-sharing sessions.
- Mentor junior professionals and support team performance and capability development.
Requirements
- At least 3 years of experience is stated, with additional information requiring a minimum of 4 years in Oracle HCM Cloud Core HR.
- Experience with Oracle HCM Cloud Absence Management or Time and Labor, Fast Formulas, EL expressions, HCM Design Studio, BI Reports, OTBI, HDL, simplified template creation, and HR Extracts.
- At least two implementation experiences and experience working in a client-facing role.
- Experience with Fusion Security is preferred.
- Understanding of software development life-cycle methodologies and experience with modern programming languages and frameworks.
- Ability to analyze and optimize existing software solutions for performance.
- 15 years of full-time education is required.
