Responsibilities
- Configure and support packaged and SaaS applications to align features with business requirements.
- Manage software releases and maintain application compatibility, stability, and performance.
- Configure ServiceNow HRSD workflows, business rules, and service catalog items.
- Gather requirements and implement application enhancements with cross-functional teams.
- Monitor system performance, troubleshoot issues, and resolve application problems.
- Document configuration changes and maintain detailed system modification records.
- Provide technical guidance and knowledge sharing to junior team members.
Requirements
- At least 3 years of experience in ServiceNow Human Resource Service Delivery (HRSD).
- Proficiency in ServiceNow HRSD and a strong understanding of ServiceNow platform architecture and integration capabilities.
- Experience configuring workflows, business rules, and service catalog items within ServiceNow HRSD.
- Ability to use APIs and low-code development tools to customize and extend application functionality.
- Familiarity with release management and maintaining system stability during updates.
- 15 years of full-time education is required.
