Responsibilities
- Engage with project teams across geographies to understand business needs for UKG Ready modules.
- Design, configure, and reconfigure UKG Ready software solutions for client implementations, upgrades, and change orders.
- Work cross-functionally with teams on new client implementation projects.
- Stay current on product features and functionalities.
- Provide consulting expertise and transfer UKG product knowledge to customers.
- Contribute to best practices for product implementation.
- Work the required 3:00 PM to 12:00 AM shift.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Computer Science or a related field.
- 2 to 5 years of industry experience with exposure to global implementations.
- Experience implementing HCM or WFM software.
- Technical aptitude and the ability to adapt to new technologies and changing environments.
- Strong analytical, communication, and consulting skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced team environment.
