Responsibilities
- Implement agent-based AI solutions using the Workato Agentic AI platform.
- Develop advanced prompting, memory management, and behavior-planning techniques for LLMs and agents.
- Act as a technical solutions expert for AI-driven architectures.
- Develop and maintain scalable AI-powered IT workflows with agent-based decision-making.
- Continuously monitor and improve AI system performance.
- Work closely with customers to deliver tailored AI solutions.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams for seamless deployment of AI workflows.
- Contribute to internal process improvements and knowledge sharing.
- Play a key role in all phases of product development.
- Assist in creating technical and design specifications.
- Translate complex technical concepts for non-technical audiences.
Requirements
- BTech/BE or higher in Computer Science, AI, Machine Learning, or related field.
- 4+ years of relevant experience in design, development, and implementation.
- Proven experience in AI engineering, focusing on agent-based systems.
- Ability to design and implement scalable AI-driven workflows.
- Knowledge of integration projects and automation technologies.
- Strong working knowledge of APIs and data structures.
