Responsibilities
- Build and ship features and components within Ripple's identity platform.
- Contribute to platform services running on Kubernetes.
- Participate in design discussions and code reviews.
- Help maintain and improve existing services.
- Grow toward independent ownership of well-scoped projects.
Requirements
- Backend engineering experience in Golang or Java.
- Exposure to building or running services in Kubernetes.
- Demonstrated ability to deliver well-scoped features in a production environment.
- Hands-on experience using AI coding assistants and LLM-based tools.
- Comfortable communicating clearly with teammates.
