Responsibilities
- Partner with Account Executives to lead technical validation for mid-market IT and service team opportunities.
- Develop a deep understanding of IT and service management workflows and map them to Asana Service Management.
- Translate customer pain points into practical solution designs and business value narratives.
- Conduct technical discovery sessions and tailored product demonstrations.
- Advise on solution architecture and deployment approaches for customer evaluations.
- Collaborate with Asana teams to uncover expansion opportunities within existing accounts.
- Build demo assets and technical collateral to support scaling efforts.
- Surface customer feedback to inform product and marketing strategies.
Requirements
- 3+ years of experience in Solutions Consulting, Sales Engineering, or similar roles.
- Strong understanding of IT and service team personas and their workflows.
- Proficient in conducting discovery to uncover customer needs and success metrics.
- Experience in designing and delivering product demonstrations for technical and executive audiences.
- Ability to explain complex technical concepts clearly and credibly.
- Strong collaboration skills to work with various teams to drive customer outcomes.
- Comfort operating in early-stage environments with evolving messaging and product capabilities.
- Familiarity with service management methodologies and tools.
