Responsibilities
- Partner with startups to identify high-impact Codex use cases for building and shipping software.
- Design and lead technical talks, live demos, workshops, hackathons, and repeatable hands-on programs.
- Build Codex workflows, integrations, and automations for selected customers.
- Resolve technical blockers and evaluate workflow effectiveness and reliability.
- Create reusable code examples, guides, and tools for Codex and the broader OpenAI platform.
- Collaborate with account teams, developer experience, and ecosystem partners to drive customer value and adoption.
- Translate customer experiences and developer feedback into insights for Product, Research, and Engineering teams.
Requirements
- Experience building at, founding, or working closely with early-stage startups.
- Strong software engineering fundamentals and interest in building practical AI applications, integrations, and developer tools.
- Active use of Codex or other AI coding tools, with a thoughtful perspective on improving software development.
- Ability to present technical topics, deliver live demos, and lead hands-on workshops for developers and founders.
- Ability to explain complex technical ideas clearly and create engaging examples and reusable resources.
- Strong developer empathy, technical judgment, troubleshooting ability, and customer adoption skills.
- High agency, curiosity, independence, collaboration, and end-to-end ownership.
