Responsibilities
- Own technical discovery, translate customer needs into architectures, and define measurable success criteria.
- Evaluate customer data, recommend models, and design training, inference, and deployment strategies.
- Build Python prototypes, benchmarks, integrations, and production-ready training and deployment workflows.
- Deploy and support solutions across Linux, macOS, Windows, cloud, and edge environments.
- Diagnose performance, data quality, inference, and hardware acceleration challenges.
- Deliver technical demos, workshops, architecture reviews, and proof-of-concepts.
- Manage technical customer stakeholders from evaluation through production and guide customers toward measurable outcomes.
- Create reusable examples, deployment guides, integrations, and documentation, and provide feedback to Product and Engineering.
Requirements
- Strong Python skills and practical experience with YOLO, OpenCV, PyTorch, and computer vision.
- Experience training, optimizing, evaluating, and deploying machine learning models.
- Experience with Docker, Git, REST APIs, Linux, cloud platforms, edge workflows, and Linux, macOS, and Windows environments.
- Demonstrated ability to deliver technical demos, workshops, architecture reviews, and proof-of-concepts.
- Strong communication skills with technical and executive audiences.
- Experience with Kubernetes, CUDA, TensorRT, ONNX, Jetson, or other edge accelerators is preferred.
- Familiarity with MLOps, model monitoring, CI/CD, observability, AWS, Azure, GCP, serverless systems, or managed inference platforms is preferred.
- Experience integrating OpenAI or Anthropic APIs, contributing to open source, supporting developer communities, or working with Ultralytics YOLO workflows is preferred.
- Ability to work independently with ownership, urgency, resilience, and results in a high-performance startup environment.
