Responsibilities
- Lead technical discovery to identify and address customer needs.
- Deliver an exceptional pre-sales experience by articulating Fin's value.
- Conduct impactful solution reviews and in-depth technical sessions.
- Design and lead tailored Proof of Concepts (POCs) showcasing Fin's capabilities.
- Serve as the primary resource for RFPs and customer security questions.
- Collaborate with Product and Engineering to represent the customer voice.
- Build trust with customers by approaching challenges with empathy.
- Continuously improve processes and contribute to the Solutions Engineering playbook.
- Commit to customer success and proactively address challenges.
Requirements
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in a technical pre-sales role.
- Strong technical acumen with experience in delivering high-impact presentations.
- Ability to solve problems independently and thrive in team environments.
- Proven time management skills in a dynamic setting.
- Demonstrated ability to communicate value propositions throughout the sales cycle.
- Experience translating complex business challenges into tailored solutions.
- Familiarity with managing POCs, RFPs, and addressing security questions.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to challenge the status quo and improve processes.
- Willingness to travel occasionally.
