Responsibilities
- Lead technical discovery to identify and address customer needs.
- Deliver pre-sales experiences that articulate Fin’s value and technical capabilities.
- Conduct value-based solution reviews and in-depth technical sessions.
- Design and lead tailored proof-of-concepts demonstrating Fin’s capabilities.
- Support RFPs and customer security questions using standardized materials and escalating complex issues when needed.
- Collaborate with Product and Engineering to represent customer feedback and inform product planning.
- Build customer trust and proactively address challenges to support lasting customer success.
- Contribute to a best-in-class Solutions Engineering playbook and continuously improve related processes.
Requirements
- At least five years of experience in a technical pre-sales role managing C-level technical and business relationships.
- Strong technical acumen in technical discovery and high-impact value presentations.
- Ability to independently solve problems and collaborate effectively in a dynamic team environment.
- Experience translating complex business challenges into tailored solutions for technical and non-technical audiences.
- Experience working with Product and Engineering teams to communicate customer feedback and influence product direction.
- Familiarity with managing proof-of-concepts, RFPs, and complex customer security questions.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with empathy and curiosity.
- Ability to improve Solutions Engineering processes and playbooks.
- Willingness and ability to travel occasionally.
