Responsibilities
- Own the end-to-end technical design, delivery, and ongoing support of partner integrations.
- Collaborate with Business Development and Account teams during pre-sales and delivery engagements.
- Serve as the technical lead in customer and partner conversations.
- Build strong working relationships with customer engineering and technical teams.
- Work closely with Product and Engineering teams to align on system architecture and delivery timelines.
- Contribute code, configuration changes, tooling, and automation for customer implementations.
- Query Hiya’s data mesh for integration validation and troubleshooting.
- Build custom dashboards and reports to help partners monitor integrations.
- Influence and evolve partner integration models with major vendors.
- Investigate production issues and coordinate resolution efforts across teams.
Requirements
- Experience presenting technical concepts to diverse audiences.
- Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
- Ability to quickly understand new technical domains.
- Proven success in customer-facing technical roles.
- Comfortable owning a problem from initial conversation to ongoing support.
- Technical credibility with engineering teams and business fluency with customers.
- Experience coordinating troubleshooting efforts across multiple teams.
- Ability to operate independently while leveraging support networks.
- Experience working with APIs, integrations, and distributed systems.
- Good command of SQL and structured datasets.
