Responsibilities
- Serve as a subject-matter expert on the Geotab ecosystem and help partners and end-users maximize Geotab solutions.
- Discover customer needs, gather requirements, assess business challenges, and propose viable or alternative solutions.
- Conduct technical demonstrations, presentations, and other activities that support customer engagement.
- Collaborate with revenue-generating teams as a key technical resource to support sales growth, ecosystem expansion, and customer retention.
- Support partner upskilling through best practices and industry-vertical knowledge.
- Provide partner and end-user feedback to product management to support continuous improvement of company offerings.
- Maintain accurate records of customer and partner engagements, solution designs, and deliverables.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field, or an equivalent combination of education and work experience.
- Experience in a relevant technical field such as software engineering, data analysis, or systems integration, preferably in customer-facing roles.
- Technical knowledge of telematics, IoT, APIs, and related technologies.
- Strong problem-solving, critical-thinking, communication, presentation, time-management, and organizational skills.
- Ability to explain complex concepts to technical and non-technical audiences and collaborate with sales, product development, and customer support teams.
- Customer-focused mindset, business acumen, adaptability, and ability to manage multiple projects and priorities.
