Responsibilities
- Serve as a subject matter expert on the Geotab ecosystem and help partners and end-users optimize their use of Geotab technology, products, and solutions.
- Gather requirements, conduct discovery, deliver technical demonstrations and presentations, and create effective customer engagement experiences.
- Assess customer and partner business challenges, propose viable solutions or alternatives, and support solution delivery.
- Collaborate with revenue-generating, product management, sales, customer support, and other cross-functional teams.
- Support partner upskilling, maintain accurate engagement and solution documentation, and provide feedback for continuous product improvement.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field, or an equivalent combination of education and work experience.
- Relevant technical experience in software engineering, data analysis, systems integration, or a similar field, preferably in customer-facing roles.
- Technical knowledge of telematics, IoT, APIs, and related technologies.
- Strong problem-solving, critical-thinking, communication, presentation, time-management, and organizational skills.
- Ability to explain complex concepts to technical and non-technical audiences and collaborate across sales, product development, and customer support.
- Customer-focused mindset, business acumen, adaptability, and interest in emerging technologies.
