Responsibilities
- Manage the full lifecycle of technical implementations within UK government and secure cloud environments.
- Act as the primary technical point of contact for UK customers during implementation.
- Provide hands-on Kubernetes expertise across deployment, configuration, and troubleshooting.
- Coordinate technical requirements across internal teams and resolve blockers proactively.
- Implement and improve processes and tooling for increased implementation efficiency.
- Contribute to the development of UK-specific deployment patterns and documentation.
- Exhibit a proactive, solutions-oriented mindset to resolve technical challenges.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in technical implementation, DevOps, or a related engineering discipline.
- Strong hands-on knowledge of Kubernetes, Docker, Keycloak, and container orchestration.
- Prior experience in UK defence tech, SaaS, or cloud-based environments.
- Knowledge of compliance and security standards relevant to UK government.
- Multi Cloud experience with AWS, Azure, and GCP.
- Experience with Git and project management tools like JIRA.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills for diverse stakeholders.
- Ability to manage multiple concurrent workstreams in ambiguous environments.
- High degree of personal accountability and resilience.
- Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field.
