Responsibilities
- Own technical setup of enterprise accounts, including tenants, workspaces, users, seats, and environment readiness.
- Configure SSO using SAML or OIDC with Okta, Microsoft Entra, and NHS identity infrastructure, including MFA and conditional-access alignment.
- Resolve network, device, VDI, shared-device, mobile-device-management, access, and IT-vetting blockers with customer IT teams.
- Configure and validate Heidi components, integrations, agents, custom builds, APIs, exports, and data flows through UAT and technical go-live.
- Translate signed statements of work and technical designs into implementation requirements, estimates, dependencies, acceptance criteria, and delivery plans.
- Diagnose implementation and account-configuration issues, fix configuration problems, and route confirmed product defects to Support Engineering with evidence.
- Hand net-new engineering requirements to Forward Deployed Engineers and surface integration gaps and priorities to the Technical Program Manager.
- Provide technical input for DPIAs, security questionnaires, IT assurance, and NHS governance gates while respecting Compliance, Security, Privacy, and Clinical Safety ownership.
- Control implementation scope by classifying requests, returning blocked handovers, and escalating material changes through formal change control.
- Document final configuration and transfer completed implementations into hypercare or BAU support.
Requirements
- Technical credibility working directly with CIOs, customer IT teams, security teams, and enterprise stakeholders.
- Hands-on experience configuring identity, provisioning, integrations, agents, data flows, and account-level technical environments.
- Ability to diagnose technical problems, distinguish configuration issues from product defects, and route work to the correct owner.
- Ability to interpret technical designs and statements of work, identify dependencies, estimate delivery, and manage acceptance criteria and customer-facing dates.
- Experience translating ambiguous customer needs into scoped configurations and precise, prioritized engineering requirements.
- Ability to work within security, privacy, clinical-safety, information-governance, and change-control processes.
- Strong technical communication, scope-control, ownership, and cross-functional delivery skills.
