Responsibilities
- Lead post-technical-win account strategies and execution plans across Databricks use cases.
- Own technical delivery from customer onboarding and enablement through production go-live and healthy workload consumption.
- Coordinate customer stakeholders, sales teams, Solutions Architects, Professional Services, Support, User Education, Product, and Engineering teams.
- Serve as the first contact for technical production and go-live issues and escalate complex matters to appropriate experts.
- Create strategic roadmaps and execution plans covering use-case delivery, user growth, product adoption, optimization, and governance.
- Track and report customer health, usage, investment status, risks, product adoption, and use-case progression.
- Build executive relationships, conduct discovery workshops, and drive business value and customer outcomes.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience accountable for technical project or program delivery in Data and AI.
- Programming experience in Python, SQL, or Scala.
- Experience in a customer-facing pre-sales, technical architecture, customer success, or consulting role.
- Understanding of solution architecture for distributed data systems.
- Experience attributing business value and outcomes to project deliverables.
- Technical program or project management experience with account, stakeholder, and resource accountability.
- Experience resolving complex escalations with senior customer executives.
- Experience conducting open-ended discovery workshops, creating strategic roadmaps, performing business analysis, and managing complex programs or projects.
- Track record of overachievement against quota, goals, or similar objective targets.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or equivalent work experience.
- Ability to travel up to 30% when needed.
