Responsibilities
- Lead post-technical-win account strategies and execution plans across multiple Databricks use cases.
- Own technical delivery for strategic customers from onboarding and enablement through production, go-live, adoption, and healthy workload consumption.
- Serve as the primary contact for technical production and go-live issues, including complex escalations involving senior customer executives.
- Coordinate Solutions Architects, Professional Services, Support, User Education, Onboarding and Technical Services, Product, and Engineering teams.
- Create and execute plans for use-case acceleration, product adoption, cloud cost control, tuning, optimization, and executive governance.
- Develop strategic roadmaps, conduct discovery workshops and business analysis, and manage complex technical programs and projects.
- Report customer health, usage, investment status, risks, product adoption, and use-case progression to the Technical GM.
Requirements
- At least 5 years of experience accountable for technical project or program delivery in data and AI, with the ability to contribute to customer technical debates and design choices.
- Programming experience in Python, SQL, or Scala.
- Experience in a customer-facing pre-sales, technical architecture, customer success, or consulting role.
- Understanding of solution architecture for distributed data systems.
- Experience attributing business value and outcomes to project deliverables.
- Experience with technical program or project management, including account, stakeholder, and resource management accountability.
- Experience resolving complex escalations with senior customer executives and managing complex programs or projects.
- Track record of overachievement against quota, goals, or similar objective targets.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or equivalent experience through work experience.
