Responsibilities
- Lead implementation projects for new customers and scope complex enterprise implementations.
- Design, configure, and adapt legal workflows, automations, playbooks, reports, and AI-enabled processes.
- Work directly with legal teams and Legal Operations leaders to understand processes and recommend implementation approaches.
- Build integrations connecting Wordsmith to customer systems and determine when to involve Engineering.
- Build agents, skills, automations, and complex multi-step workflows.
- Act as an escalation point for technical issues and complex training questions.
- Support onboarding, adoption, expansion into additional workflows, and embedded customer assistance.
- Create template flows for Enablement and surface customer insights to Product and Engineering.
Requirements
- Experience in legal tech, legal operations, or process transformation.
- Strong understanding of how in-house legal teams operate.
- Ability to manage customer projects and guide stakeholders through change.
- Comfort working across legal and technical domains.
- Ability to build integrations, agents, and automations and assess when Engineering support is needed.
- Ability to diagnose live setups, rework workflows, and turn unstructured processes into clear systems.
- Strong communication skills and confidence working directly with customers.
- Typical relevant backgrounds include Legal Engineering, SaaS implementation or solutions consulting, and Legal Operations; CLM or Legal Tech experience is a plus.
