Responsibilities
- Lead technical onboarding, integrations, system architecture, and the post-sales implementation lifecycle for Enterprise customers.
- Map the DX platform to customers’ engineering goals, workflows, organizational structures, branching strategies, and deployment pipelines.
- Design and build custom integrations and workflows connecting DX APIs with complex client environments.
- Lead technical workshops and provide strategic guidance on developer experience analytics, deployment methodologies, and cultural transformation.
- Manage technical delivery and resource requirements across multiple Enterprise implementations.
- Synthesize customer feedback and collaborate with Product and Engineering to inform roadmap and feature improvements.
Requirements
- Programming exposure in Ruby/Rails or Python, with a solid understanding of APIs and RESTful services.
- Experience with Git and the GitHub CLI.
- Familiarity with SQL, preferably Postgres, and using data for analytical solutioning.
- Knowledge of CI/CD pipelines, deployment workflows, and branching strategies.
- Extensive experience leading high-stakes technical workshops and executive-level discussions.
- Excellent communication, presentation, translation of technical architecture into business outcomes, and organizational skills.
