Base Salary
$140k - $160k/yr
Responsibilities
- Translate business problems, workflows, constraints, and outcomes into AI solution designs.
- Recommend whether to configure, automate, build, buy, integrate, or decline a proposed AI solution.
- Build and launch internal AI solutions from prototype through governed release using PAR-approved platforms and tools.
- Define requirements, architecture, dependencies, risks, delivery estimates, and success measures.
- Create reusable solution patterns, components, skills, agents, prompts, and knowledge structures.
- Own launched solutions’ quality, reliability, user feedback, adoption, cost, monitoring, and continuous improvement.
- Establish evaluation, monitoring, issue-management, and human-review processes.
- Troubleshoot solution behavior across AI platforms, configurations, knowledge sources, and enterprise dependencies.
- Maintain solution documentation, release notes, support guidance, and ownership records.
- Partner with IT, Enterprise Systems, and Security on identity, permissions, data access, environments, supportability, and production readiness.
- Triage AI requests, maintain a prioritized delivery roadmap, and communicate scope, decisions, status, and dependencies.
- Evaluate AI workloads across cost, quality, latency, usage, and business value, and recommend model, platform, or architecture changes.
- Support AI governance, policy, standards, quality gates, data handling, access controls, documentation, and auditability.
Requirements
- Demonstrated experience designing and delivering AI-powered solutions, agents, automations, or internal tools used by real business teams.
- Strong solution architecture judgment, including the ability to turn unclear business problems into technical designs, delivery plans, and working solutions.
- Hands-on experience with enterprise AI platforms such as Claude Enterprise, Microsoft Copilot, Copilot Studio, Azure AI, or comparable tools.
- Ability to build and configure solutions using system instructions, knowledge sources, tool use, workflow logic, structured outputs, and human review.
- Experience taking prototypes beyond demonstration quality through testing, permissions, documentation, monitoring, support planning, and iterative improvement.
- Working knowledge of APIs, MCP, webhooks, and enterprise integration patterns.
- Familiarity with Microsoft 365, SharePoint, and Azure environments.
- Ability to explain technical decisions, risks, and tradeoffs to non-technical business leaders.
- Strong prioritization and delivery-management skills, including ownership of an AI intake queue and delivery roadmap.
- Experience delivering internal AI solutions across multiple corporate functions in a SaaS or complex enterprise environment is preferred.
- Experience partnering with IT, Enterprise Systems, Security, Legal, or enterprise architecture teams is preferred.
- Experience with AI-assisted development tools, AI governance, data classification, access controls, audit requirements, and post-launch impact measurement is preferred.
- Candidates should be prepared to discuss two AI solutions they personally designed and delivered, including the business problem, approach, implementation, testing, launch results, and subsequent changes.
