Responsibilities
- Build, test, and enhance Salesforce Agentforce agents, workflows, and automations.
- Design scalable and secure Salesforce Data 360 data architectures, including DLOs, DMOs, identity resolution, and real-time data activation.
- Prototype and evaluate emerging AI technologies, including LLM APIs, agent frameworks, retrievers, and search indexes.
- Develop Salesforce solutions using Apex, Lightning Web Components, and JavaScript.
- Engage directly with customers to define requirements and propose and deliver complex Salesforce and AI solutions.
- Collaborate with project teams to translate exploratory and strategic requirements into technical solutions.
- Stay current with Salesforce releases, Agentforce enhancements, platform practices, and the broader AI landscape.
- Maintain relevant Salesforce certifications and represent the company in Salesforce and AI communities.
- Travel up to 25% for customer projects and company events.
Requirements
- 3+ years of hands-on Salesforce development experience with Apex, Lightning Web Components, and JavaScript.
- Strong knowledge of Apex, software development fundamentals, object-oriented programming, and coding best practices.
- Experience with CI/CD processes, Git source tracking, and REST API integrations.
- Experience building solutions on Salesforce Data 360 and Agentforce agents, workflows, and automations.
- Hands-on experimentation with AI technologies beyond Salesforce, including LLM APIs, agent frameworks, or emerging tooling.
- Strong ability to learn new technical skills and solve business problems.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, including explaining technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
- Preferred experience with unstructured DMOs, retrievers, search indexes, RAG, and identity resolution.
- Preferred experience with Agentforce Agent Script, Salesforce certifications, consulting or professional services delivery, LLM providers, vector databases, and agent orchestration frameworks.
- Additional preferred experience includes Salesforce Clouds, Enhanced Chat, Omni-channel, Amazon Connect, AWS Lambda, and Claude Code.
