Responsibilities
- Partner with regional product leads and sales to assess customer marketing objectives, technical maturity, infrastructure, and first-party data strategies.
- Advise sales and clients on complex product adoption, balancing scalable solutions, last-mile customization, and bespoke engineering.
- Lead technical consultations and identify opportunities for custom solutions while accounting for industry data constraints and business cycles.
- Translate customer requirements into scalable, reusable system architectures and technical specifications.
- Provide technical-product oversight during implementation and ensure engineering builds align with customer strategy.
- Architect data-in/data-out connections, including CRM integrations through the Google Ads API, while supporting privacy-compliant first-party data activation.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience.
- At least 5 years of experience troubleshooting technical issues for internal or external partners or customers, performing technical consulting, product management, or solution architecture in a customer-facing role.
- Experience building proofs of concept with web or scripting technologies such as JavaScript or Python and SQL databases.
- Preferred experience configuring, querying, or troubleshooting CRM architectures and custom internal backends.
- Preferred experience in online advertising or customer growth, familiarity with the ad serving industry, and understanding of internet technologies.
- Strong technical understanding of advertising technologies, APIs, and data integration.
- Ability to code in Java or Python and construct complex SQL queries with database knowledge.
- Ability to translate complex business needs into technical specifications and evaluate system architectures through feasibility assessments.
