Responsibilities
- Drive end-user excitement inside enterprise accounts through tailored enablement programs.
- Support strategic pilots with pre-sales technical enablement.
- Run hackathons and builder events to create lasting momentum.
- Build production-quality demo apps and reference implementations.
- Deliver keynotes and technical talks at customer events.
- Partner across teams to enhance customer engagement and feedback.
Requirements
- 5–7+ years in a customer-facing technical role such as Solutions Architecture or sales engineering.
- Hands-on experience with Claude Code and related products.
- Experience delivering technical talks and workshops to engineering audiences.
- A background in software engineering or related fields.
- Experience supporting technical evaluations or pilots in an enterprise setting.
- Strong written and visual communication skills.
- Project management instincts to run multi-week activation plans.
- Willingness to travel for on-site engagements and events.
- Deep enthusiasm for AI with hands-on experience building with LLMs.
