Base Salary
$150k - $210k/yr
Responsibilities
- Architect and build scalable backend APIs and frontend dashboards processing tens of millions of web events per day.
- Design large-scale data infrastructure to explain website construction and performance and identify optimization opportunities.
- Train and integrate LLMs into production to hypothesize, generate, and validate website variants.
- Shape the company’s engineering culture, technical practices, architecture, and technology stack.
- Experiment, prototype, and iterate across research, product, AI, and large-scale systems.
Requirements
- At least 5 years of full-stack software engineering experience.
- Experience with Python and JavaScript; AWS experience is preferred.
- Experience leading teams or driving major projects.
- Background in computer science, electrical engineering, mathematics, or equivalent hands-on mastery.
- Interest in building with LLMs and applying them in real-world products.
- Startup experience is a bonus.
- Experience training or deploying ML models in production is a bonus.
