Base Salary
$150k - $210k/yr
Responsibilities
- Architect and build scalable systems from backend APIs to frontend dashboards.
- Design large-scale data infrastructure for website performance optimization.
- Train and integrate LLMs into production for website variant generation.
- Shape engineering culture and practices within the team.
- Experiment, prototype, and iterate on product and AI solutions.
Requirements
- 5+ years of fullstack experience, preferably with Python, JS, and AWS.
- Experience leading teams or driving major projects.
- Background in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, Math, or equivalent mastery.
- Strong coding skills with a focus on clean, scalable code.
- Enthusiasm for AI and experience with LLMs is a plus.
