Responsibilities
- Lead key strategic projects within the R&D organization.
- Assess project progress, risks, and challenges for engineering leadership.
- Contribute to the technical architecture to support customer requests.
- Focus on agility, scalability, and availability in software development.
- Participate in all phases of software development from ideation to implementation.
- Mentor and support the career development of other engineers.
- Enhance technical standards, performance, reliability, and operational excellence.
Requirements
- Experience building SaaS products with a significant impact.
- Deep knowledge of a high-level programming language.
- Experience with distributed systems.
- At least 2 years as the primary technical leader for a team.
- Proven track record of collaborating with technical leaders and product teams.
- Strong sense of product strategy and ability to deliver customer value.
