Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain data solutions, pipelines, ETL processes, and data integrations.
- Lead AI-driven solution design and delivery using Generative AI and Agentic AI across enterprise workflows.
- Apply prompt engineering and AI evaluation frameworks to align AI capabilities with business objectives.
- Act as a subject matter expert and make decisions for the team and across multiple teams.
- Collaborate with and manage the team, provide cross-team solutions, and mentor junior team members.
- Continuously evaluate and improve data processes, data quality, and performance.
Requirements
- At least 7.5 years of experience with Snowflake Data Warehouse.
- Strong understanding of data modeling and database design principles.
- Experience with ETL tools and data integration techniques.
- Familiarity with cloud data platforms and services.
- Knowledge of data governance and data quality best practices.
- Understanding of Generative AI, Agentic AI, prompt engineering, and AI evaluation frameworks.
- 15 years of full-time education is required.
