Responsibilities

  • Design, develop, maintain, and optimize C#/.NET middle-tier services, backend components, RESTful APIs, business logic, interfaces, and data-access layers.
  • Design, develop, and maintain Oracle and relational databases using SQL, PL/SQL, stored procedures, functions, triggers, views, indexing, and query optimization.
  • Translate business and functional requirements into scalable application designs and technical solutions.
  • Troubleshoot application logic, integrations, database connectivity, performance, and production issues across the application stack.
  • Contribute to architectural and technical design discussions while applying SOLID principles, clean architecture, and object-oriented design patterns.
  • Collaborate with frontend developers, database specialists, business analysts, testers, architects, infrastructure teams, and Government personnel.
  • Support automated testing, application deployments, releases, CI/CD pipelines, and production operations.
  • Design and develop software, services, and databases in accordance with user and system specifications, with this work comprising at least 50% of the primary duty.

Requirements

  • At least 5 years of related experience.
  • Bachelor’s degree.
  • U.S. citizenship and ability to achieve a NACLC clearance.
  • DoD IAT Level II Certification, such as CompTIA Security+CE, or equivalent.
  • Strong proficiency in C#, .NET, .NET Core or .NET 6+, and ASP.NET Web API.
  • Experience with JavaScript, .NET MVC, Angular, RESTful APIs, middle-tier services, and ORM frameworks such as Entity Framework or Dapper.
  • Strong Oracle, SQL, PL/SQL, relational database, data modeling, database design, complex query, and stored procedure skills.
  • Experience with TFVC and Git version control systems and familiarity with Azure DevOps Server and Visual Studio.
  • Experience applying SOLID principles and object-oriented design patterns, with strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  • Preferred qualifications include EDI experience, DoD or government contracting experience, military medical supply chain experience, and exposure to TFS, Visual Studio, Git, Azure DevOps, Jenkins, Microsoft Azure, Docker, Kubernetes, GitHub, GitLab, TFS, Jira, SonarQube, or Fortify.
