Responsibilities
- Design, build, and scale agentic AI systems for mission-critical use cases.
- Research, implement, and experiment with ideas on supercomputing and data infrastructure.
- Work with leading researchers in the field.
- Execute across the full AI stack and ship products serving the public interest.
- Contribute to both production code and research according to individual interests and organizational needs.
Requirements
- Canadian citizenship and eligibility for security clearance are required.
- Extremely strong software engineering skills.
- Proficiency in Python and related machine-learning frameworks.
- Experience training, evaluating, and using LLMs as an end user.
- Experience with large-scale distributed GPU LLM training strategies.
- A paper at a top-tier venue such as NeurIPS, ICML, ICLR, AIStats, MLSys, JMLR, AAAI, Nature, COLING, ACL, or EMNLP is a bonus.
